Designed in collaboration with steak nerd @customgrill who has, until now, cut 3 shipping containers (his words!) of steaks in his BBQ & steak workshops.

Firm & comfortable grip
Full-tang blade, fitted with an ergonomic black pakka wood western handle that has a flat ejiri (butt), which can be used for crushing garlic and other ingredients.
